    Hi, martin. Is it ok to sleep before sleep window started, I felt so sleepy before it sometimes. Like I can’t wait to go to bed.

    Do you think to get out of bed will be better than to stay in the bed? Should I just get out the room and doing some enjoyable things.

    Before insomnia, I never think about it, when I awake, I slept right away.

    I always wake up 4 to 5am and don’t know what to do? Should I lay in the bed or just get up. My sleep window ends at 6:30am. I’m not feel anxiety if I lay on the bed, but don’t want to lay that long if I’m not fall back to sleep. Need some suggestions. Should I get up or just lay on the bed? Sometimes I do fall back to sleep, but just a little bit.

    Hi, Martin. Sorry to bother you again. After I listened to what to do before bed, you mentioned we can watch TV or use phone. I stopped to watch chinese drama since my sleep problem started, the doctor said don’t use phone 2 hours before bed time, so I never use again it again. I’m worry that I can’t fall sleep if I’m watching tv.

    Thank you for reply me back, when i can’t fall sleep, I will get up and read a book. After a 20 minutes, I try to sleep again, it’s not work out. Should I just start my day or should I keep trying every 20 minutes.
