Thank you for sharing Paull. I am having the same situation where I am learning to change my attitude towards sleepless nights. Prior to this course I had researched and read so many books on insomnia I probably have an unofficial PhD on the subject. This course has shown me a new approach and instead of fighting with it I am more accepting and realize that I can still do stuff tired and even have a good time doing it. I know it’s not ideal and it can still feel brutal at times but I have learned so much and I am consciously reframing my mindset over sleep. I have a lot less stress over it now.
