Thank you Martin for this program. This is still a work in progress and I suspect will be for sometime but I believe this is going to be a game changer. No pain no gain. ; )
Tim✓ ClientThanks Hiker. When this first hit I had so many misperceptions about sleep which did nothing but perpetuate the issues. I felt like I was the only one with this stuff going on. It’s comforting to know how many people out there struggled but through knowledge and working the program, overcame. Appreciate you responding!
Tim✓ ClientVery informative and HOPEFUl post. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I’m on day 2 of the course. After a string of difficult nights no arousal last night. Just starting the course seemed to relieve some of that hyper arousal. Thanks again!
Tim✓ ClientAppreciate the positive hopeful post. Day 1 for me. The analogy is good how sleep needs to be more of a sideway glance which it is not at this point. Been working in therapy on having to control outcomes. In reality, there are not many things we can control and I am learning sleep is not one of them.

Appreciate the suggestions and the fact that the feelings typically last a couple minutes while I can keep them going by obsessing. Thanks again!!!
