One thing that has helped me is to listen to guided meditation on YouTube. They are usually 1-2 hours long. I put in my earbuds and turn it down softly. Not with the intent to sleep but just to relax when you go to bed. I usually always fall asleep before it’s over. But tell yourself you’re just going to relax since you can’t force sleep.

Don’t lose hope. After my post here, I ran off 3 weeks of 6-8 hours of sleep most days. I did have a couple of days of poor sleep. Even one where I didn’t sleep at all. Continue to do what you were doing and it will right itself. You should have pretty good sleep drive and sleep drive always wins. Try to build some confidence by remembering the days you did sleep. Always remember, everyone has bad days. We’re just hyper focused during this time on the bad days. Try not to.
