I have given up on sleep efforts and have learned to accept not sleeping. When I wake up I sometimes put on my laptop and watch a TV Series. I never get out of the bed as its too much stress and made me worry way too much on whether I was going to fall back asleep again, it sent me into panic mode.
Sometimes I lie there until my alarm wakes and get up around the same time. I don’t track my sleep or check the clock (laptop has no time or I dont go on my phone). Its been three years now and I don’t see any progress but the lack of sleep and severity as taken its toll on my health so I have been back to my GP to get back on Zopiclone.
The sleeping pill is the only thing that can help me get full nights sleep so its my only option right now
