✘ Not a clientI have not been diagnosed with any sleep disorders. Just the 5.5 and 8.3 AHI on at home sleep studies shows very mild sleep apnea. The thing is bad sleep can show up as AHI on a sleep study.

✘ Not a clientOn work nights I go to bed around 9:30 pm and wake up at 4:30 am.
On my days off I usually go to bed around 11:00pm and wake up around 7:00am..
When I lay down to go to sleep I usually fall asleep within 15 minutes.
I would say on average I get 7 hours of sleep a night.
I spend on average 15 minutes awake during the night. I wake up 0-3 times a night.weiss27md
✘ Not a clientEvery once in a while I do wake up with a headache, seems to be more when I sleep on my back. I try to sleep on my side. Sometimes I sleep the whole night without waking up and feel more refreshed but still tired. I’m using a weighted blanket, that seems to help some. It seems like I usually just struggle with trying to get comfortable. Like with my pillow or because laying on my side or getting too hot. AC is set at 70f at night and I sleep with a fan. Hopefully the new mattress will keep me cooler. I’ve been to several doctors and also sleep specialist and immunologist. I just seems like nothing really is ever found. For a while I was having RA symptoms too, joint pain in hands and I am 35.
