Before getting pregnant (I’m currently 3 months in), I was sleeping approximately 7 hours a night (however, at the time, I would rely on sleep medication when needed and had the comfort of that backup solution – not anymore). Since my pregnancy, I have probably averaged 4-5 hours a night, which never feels like enough (and have had several sleepless nights). Based on this history, I set my sleep window from 1130 to 7. I would agree, that I am, likely still trying to make sleep happen. I’m seeing some improvements and also some setbacks (which I expect) but do feel as though I’m on the right track and diligently using your tools (thank you!). During my first pregnancy, I had a similar experience but eventually ended up sleeping my best in years once I settled in and let sleep come without effort. Any advice on my sleep window or other is appreciated!
