You've never tried monster? Damn, Martin it is far superior to RedBull, in a bigger can and tastes far better too…the low carb one tastes amazing!!

I used to breed Russian Hamsters…so hamsters it is (wonder if there is a vegetarian equivalent to a hamster?? 😎 )

James Tiberius Kirk or Jean-Luc Picard?

It's annoying to be honest…but I'm not sure if it is a case of society basically getting desensitized to gore and violence (prime example, watch the news, you'll usually see something that looks pretty grim, and it's pretty much an every day thing…or watch the charity begging commercials which are supposed to be distressing, call me callous, but after a while you get used to it.).

Perhaps due to the violent World we live in, there will never ever be such a thing any more.

On the same vein…Replicators akin to the things from Stargate SG-1…that would be a scary epidemic…

Black tea. WHAT. I'm English. Always black tea. (Although I do quite like green tea with honey) (And I hate Earl Grey)

Fruit or pie? (Fruit pie is not an acceptable answer)

You don't like Earl Grey?? That is the quintessential tea!!

It is a must have on all levels!!

I'd go with fruit (just) although we can get an absolutely amazing marionberry pie around here.

    Google or Bing?

Google, Bing annoys me and I have no idea why!

    Red Bull or Monster?

I remember watching a documentary last year about “magic” drinks that did various things a lot of them have been classed as complete rubbish.

The Neuro drinks are sold in a supermarket in the town next to ours, and they I feel are stupidly expensive…and if they do the things they actually claim to do, should these be classed more of a medication than a beverage?

The King's Speech was pretty good…granted a slow roller, but it had to be I feel.

Watched Unstoppable last week, pretty good movie kinda predictable and based on a true story….flatmate got bored in first 30 mins though!

Watched Transformers: Dark of the Moon in 3D today…the story was only marginally better than Revenge of the Fallen…and the 3D was total rubbish.

Currently watching The Residen on BluRay…looks pretty good so far.

Repo! The Genetic Opera? I want to see that looks awesome, but not been able to get hold of it on BRD…wonder if it's available on iTunes…

I've been a superhero geek as far back as I can remember, I'm looking forward to The Dark Knight Rises and The Avengers next year. I have a few movies on BRD, mostly the Batman ones though (I'm currently hunting down the cheesetastic Batman The Movie from the 60s!!) as that is the main superhero I've always liked the most.

The Dark Crystal is epic, as a kid it was one of my favorite movies, it was just beautiful and fantastical, and I think it will always hold a special place in my heart!

I watched Salt this weekend….not the most epic movie, but not too bad either…and the BRD has 3 versions of the movie on it too.

Was his acting better or worse than his role in the Labyrinth?
    Um…..indifferent 😛

Good! I'll have to put it on my 'watch list'.
And all those movies you watched this week: I love them all. Especially the cheesy Mortal Kombat movie. (I couldn't resist it. Mortal Kombat nerd, here.) I remember I went to see Watchmen in theatres, actually. It's clear in memory because my brother nearly choked on popcorn when the song “Hallelujah” started playing for that not-so-subtle scene with Silk Spectre ii and Night Owl ii.
I'm a huge MK fan myself, having played almost every game released (only ones not played so far are the 2 Mythologies games and the recently released one) and on pretty much every format too!  Have you checked out the new web series on YouTube?  Brilliant stuff….incidentally who is your favourite character?  For me it is between SubZero and Raiden 🙂
I really like superhero movies and Watchmen has to be one of the best I've watched…I have 2 versions of the movie too…theatrical and the Ultimate Cut (basically the directors cut with tales of the black freighter mixed in).  I saw it at the cinema too and it was easily the best movie I saw that year…and yes, that music was brilliantly suited to THAT scene 😛

I personally think his outfit makes up for the acting in Labyrinth. Haha!

I'm not really sure what exactly I think of Labyrinth…I mean it's ok, but it's no Dark Crystal!!

Watched The Hunger (1983 movie) last night…is starred David Bowie and was very odd…it was certainly a twist on the vampire genre for sure…and I wonder if Stephanie Meyer watched this before writing Twilight as these vampires had no fangs either….

For me it is between True Grit (the original, not seen the remake as yet), Pale Rider and Unforgiven.
