Hi. Yes, that’s how my anxiety has gotten better. But there are cases where it won’t happen without medical intervention. Also, the circadian rhythm disorder won’t let you keep a healthy schedule. And when people have non-restorative sleep problems, then even 16 hours of sleep is not sufficient for them. Sleep is more about quality than quantity.
