It’s not just you feeling that way, Mona. I have overwhelming anxiety that often keeps me awake as well. There are times after a streak of poor nights that I have panic attacks and fear I’m losing my mind.
Unfortunately I have no good solution for you, but I can say that I know that pain very well. I hope you do see a therapist or psychiatrist for your anxiety. They can help you; things probably won’t be perfect, but they will likely be able to move the needle and give you some more relief from this.
