Continuation of my insomnia battle story:
We celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary with a family gathering on 3 March 2022. On 6 March my now ex-husband announced that he no longer wanted to be married. He liked being alone while I was injured & during the process of my recovery (he did no actively participate in my recovery programs). As a result the shock hospitalised me for 3 days. More medication!
I was admitted to a psychiatric facility for DBT & spent 29 days there.
On 8 May 2022 I was served with a divorce decree. I have only just reached the point of acceptance of my new reality. This has however had a negative impact on my insomnia
