Brave Heart 122✘ Not a client
I’m utterly grateful for this forum. I no longer feel alone and hopeless. Anxiety about sleep and anxiety from NOT sleeping is my main feeling along with fatigue. Things are getting better,
the tools I’m implementation are slowly working, Thank you!Brave Heart 122✘ Not a clientHi Miko, Isn’t it delicious to sleep even 4 hours in a row!? When I get 5, it’s heaven.
I have been practicing SR for about a week. I have had two nights with little or no sleep as well. Following those nights I slept solid for 7, first in over a year and half. I’m thinking the no sleep is part of peaks and valleys until it’s not.
Brave Heart 122✘ Not a clientHi Becca, I’m about one week into SR and have noticed that too.
Brave Heart 122✘ Not a clientHello Scott, Thank you for your reply. I have been implemented Bed Restriction for the past week. First, I started with the “Big Guns” staying awake for 36 hours and going to bed at 3, waking at 7. It was too extreme for me at this point. So now I’m still playing around with time to bed ( only when I’m sleepy) but I always wake at 7. Currently, I head to Bed around 11 ish and if I do not fall alseep or get a panicked rush, or anxiety I get up or sit up and read, go outside, watch breathing videos. It seems to be helping block the sleep time for longer lengths. I know it’s early yet but I’m excited to see any sort of improvements. I am grateful for this group.

Brave Heart 122✘ Not a clientIt is so refreshing to hear everyone’s story. It can be utterly deflating to deal with this. I’m grateful to all of you.
