    I had a few rough nights with lots of Brian monitoring . I think I managed a few hours each night for 4 nights. It seemed to make me focus more on trying to sleep and less on forgetting about it.
    Maybe that’s the lesson for me to learn ??

    Hi Tara,

    I only joined the program yesterday and your post is the first one I have read.
    I also feel anxious at bedtime and try lots of different things to wind down.
    Meditations, sleepy stores on Spotify, audible books, reading books and podcasts especially things that I find boring to help me drift off !!! I find when my agenda is to sleep they don’t seem to work that well for me I can play them over and over and get frustrated . If I listen to them because I want to and am not trying to sleep they seem to work but I find it hard to do that as all I want to do it just sleep and drift off .
