    Somewhat, I guess it could also be an accumulated sleep deficit, if there is such a thing, as my everage is about 5 hours a night which is not enough for me and perhaps one needs several good nights sleep ..or longer to feel completely normal. When you overcame your insomnia did it take you a while in terms of good nights sleep before you felt unfatigued and generally normal ?
