    Hi Martin still struggling to be honest. It’s like my body thinks it only needs 3 to 4hrs sleep , I’ve even tried changing my sleep window abit by going to bed abit earlier, but getting up abit earlier but still only the same amount of hours sleep.

    Just don’t feel as sleepy, and probably start to panic abit. Only been on sleep restriction for about a week so know it’s early days yet. Before sleep restriction i just couldn’t fall asleep and be up all night. now with my chosen sleep window which is 12.30-6.30 I am able to fall asleep again only because I’m only getting 3 to 4hrs sleep, so my sleep drive will be quite high. Is this quite normal when you first start sleep restriction to be even getting Less sleep when you first start?
