    Thank you Martin and GenieB my wife suggested I start taking Thymus for allergy relief, I didn’t see any signs of this being an allergy but started taking it and surprisingly I have been able to breathe and sleep better. Always listen to the wife 😊

    The combination of CBD/CBN is very popular for sleep and to help calm people down, I have seen many people use this but I have not spent enough time following up on how this helps after years of use so I wonder if its like medication where higher doses may be needed with time or if it makes you so depended that its masking the problem. I would like to hear how this helps you along the way, so many of the products we sell I have not received the response I see in so many others get and maybe its a gift not to rely on substances but I assure you that if it would help me sleep right now I would be taking it. Hoping this program does the trick since I believe in it so deeply.

    Thats a great starting dose to test how your system will respond, I would not be afraid. CBN is a good minor cannabinoid that can help to calm your system down, we sell a lot of that unfortunately it doesn’t work for me since insomnia is all about hyper arousal and fear. I have doing doing better the last day or so (so far) I have decided to just go to sleep when sleepy even if its an hour or so before my sleep window, also I watch TV in bed and have more of a calm approach but thats just me I don’t want anyone to deviate from what everyone else is doing. God Bless GenieB I hope whatever you try it gives you and your body what it needs to resting and sleeping better.

    We own a CBD shop and sell THC products. Some people do well with smoking but will only last a couple of hours while edibles will last 4-5 hours. Some people it can respond with an increase in their heart rate and increase anxiety so start slow. Thank you for your support, I hope we keep improving 🙏

    Wow Chris F. I would feel incredible sleeping 6hrs without waking up I am sorry you are still struggling. Clearly everyone needs something different, fortunately you seem to be super consistent so I hope you are able to increase your sleep window and get the rest your body needs soon. Good luck

    To get my mind off trying to sleep and do something else I think and thats all I just don’t want to get over stimulated but walking shouldn’t do that. Think I answered my own question, Thank you

    Hi Martin, if I get out of bed because I don’t want to lay there anymore (not feeling anxious just bored) would going for a casual walk at 2am be too stimulating?Is it better to do something else instead? My dog loves it but I don’t want to make things more difficult for myself. Thank you 🐶

    It is difficult GenieB but more difficult is the medicine route, this method brings us back to be free of so many things that enslave people. It’s almost midnight here now and not sleepy so here we go again. Just got a new coloring book I will be working on tonight maybe I get some sleep and maybe I have several pages done to show my wife in the morning 😂 If we could post pictures I would share my coloring skills. I have done more coloring books now in my 50’s than I ever did as a child. Super happy to hear your anxiety has declined this is a wonderful forum.
