I have this exact problem
I keep nodding off just before my sleep window while watching TV, sometimes falling asleep for up to an hour on the couch. I wake up and I’m mad at myself for nodding off which makes it harder to fall asleep.
I think we need to sit on a hard chair or something until our sleep window starts.
thanks for the post, how long were your sleep windows and how long did it take for them to open up? I’m at 5.5 hour sleep window and just finished week 1, and am hoping to get to 6.5 hours soon.
