    Same here. I still can’t make the connection between bed and sleep. I look at my bed and get anxious. I might try CBD gummies, nothing else is working.

    I tried CBT and it didn’t work for me. Tried it for 3 months. I found it very rigid. It made my anxiety worse. But it does work for a lot of people.

    I have the same problem. It got worse during covid because we couldn’t go anywhere. It’s hard not to think about it when your bed becomes your enemy.
    I’m thinking of trying CBD gummies. Have you tried it?
