dival✘ Not a client
Martin, I will email you, to discuss more in depth, I’m getting too upset with it all, as not seeing a way forward at this moment in time.
dival✘ Not a clientHi Martin, I have been to see my doctor numerous times, they prescribed the phenergan, I found they helped a little but definately not cure insomnia. I’m on that now and nothing else. My insomnia is gone to another level. It originally developed through trauma, so its deep set. If I thought a sleep programme would help I would definately try. I could never though, keep getting up in the middle of the night to, retrain my brain, as it would disturb another member of the family. So I just see what helps for me in other ways.
dival✘ Not a clientIts a pity there is no facility on here to message details.
dival✘ Not a clientI’m on there by my actual name, there is a profile picture, there are three people on it. Yes I’m doing a little better thanks, I am trying the mind over matter approach with it all, looking at things in a different perspective. I think personally for me, that’s half the battle. I think if I over analyse it all, its not helping either, even the word ‘insomnia’ I don’t use at home now or sentences with ‘no sleep’ I don’t say. I may touch base with it on here and that’s all. Less depressed is good, that’s awesome, I’ve felt better today too, that’s the positive in both of us.
dival✘ Not a clientSleepless in ssb, there is also instagram, where you create a user name, so not sure if you have that or not. Can’t think of anything else. Hope your doing ok though.
dival✘ Not a clientDeb, glad your doing so well after two weeks, brilliant. Thanks for sharing.
Sleepless in ssb, the only way to find someone on fb is by searching by their actual name and then there could be numerous people with the same name. So not sure how it can be done, as there is no private message option on this forum to forward any details.
dival✘ Not a clientHi yes im on fb are you?
dival✘ Not a clientYes can imagine the late shift being difficult at that time. I would be exactly the same. I’ve not long finished..
dival✘ Not a clientSorry I misread your last post, here’s me telling you to call in sick 🙂
dival✘ Not a client- Yes call in sick, I’m 53, my eyes get dry, though I have eye drop I use. My eyes will still be tired. My brain is wide awake too. But have made a herbal night drink, so may help me to relax a bit. If nothing else.
dival✘ Not a clientYeah I mean I feel like I’m fighting a losing battle most of the time, I mean its difficult to stay positive too. I know its making me ill. I’m not getting any younger, kind of at point where I’m struggling big time. Yes I feel sad too, very. Bad night tonight, will go downstairs to feed the cat and make a drink. Its just before 5am at the moment.
dival✘ Not a clientI feel exactly the same, it affects every part of my life, work, home life, everything. I tell myself everyday, I’m going to beat this..
dival✘ Not a clientReally glad you did well last night, I am going to speak to the doctor in the morning. I slept ok last night, but like you, I went to bed exhausted, woke up about 4.am, took a 5htp then went back to sleep after an hour. Never taken the 5htp before in middle of the night. I know I need something stronger. Yes will look for Martin’s sleep coarse, will try and find. I might try and up the Phenergan this evening, see how I go. Have to take it about 7pm for it to take effect, for when I go to bed after 10pm. You can’t take it in the middle of the night as does not work.
dival✘ Not a clientMm, my previous post is not going on. Though Martin has a fb page.
dival✘ Not a clientYeah thinking on it, probably would’nt be able to find without adding a name or number, not the data you can put on here either.
