I would recommend sticking to just one plan instead of two and try to follow every step consistently, eventually sleep will come
Dulce✓ ClientGreetings,
Undoubtedly, your sleep patterns are influenced by your menstrual cycle. I recently reached out to Martin, and his reassuring response brought me a sense of calm. He explained that sleep disruptions are a natural occurrence and can sometimes be caused by external factors. Personally, I have opted to forego sleep supplements entirely. These days, I solely rely on magnesium intake before bed. Its purpose is not to induce sleep, but rather to aid in muscle recovery after my strenuous gym sessions and maintain my mineral balance.
In the five weeks that I’ve been following this course, a pivotal lesson has emerged: anxiety stands as the central driver of the relentless sleep cycle. While sleep disturbances may persist throughout one’s lifetime, the crux lies in our responses to these disruptions.
I’m excited to share that during my luteal phase, I typically endure 5 to 8 nights of restless sleep. However, during this cycle, I experienced just 3 nights of poor sleep, with a mere 2 nights of true insomnia. On the other nights, I encountered intermittent disruptions, but I managed to secure some rest. Adhering to the prescribed sleep window and diligently practicing the AWAKE exercise proved beneficial.
Currently, in my follicular phase, I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my sleep quality. As I proceed through this phase and into the next cycle, I’ll continue to meticulously track my sleep patterns, eager to witness further progress.
