kennycm✘ Not a client
Yeah, hated it, but then again I do not tolerate that med genre very well.
kennycm✘ Not a clientHeh heh… Try Ben Gay.
kennycm✘ Not a clientSalt, sleep? Interesting. Ihave bee low salt for years with no change in sleep patterns however, salt really bothers the wife. Might be somethng to that.
kennycm✘ Not a client3 hours was my normal. When exhaustion set in I would sort of pass out for 6 hours or more and wake up feeling worse, a vicious cycle. Still working on it…
kennycm✘ Not a clientI feel so much better since I quit the meds, both OTC and perscrption. I feel more rested and no morning hangover and surprise surprise, I do not miss them. Granted I have been off them a couple of weeks but with the help of the 2 week course I am getting some sleep, no cure yet but a lot better. Good luck Molly.
kennycm✘ Not a client🙄 Some may read mine but… oh well.
kennycm✘ Not a clientReally pray it continues but been there before, many times over many years. Had a thought and wonder if this is a result of my 20 years in the military with all that sporadic sleep?
kennycm✘ Not a clientYou know you need more sleep when you spend 1/2 hour looking for your glasses in the morning, you are wearing them and know you cannot see a thing without them.
kennycm✘ Not a clientThe jury is out and calling for more evidence. 6.5 hours of good sleep. The earbuds would not stay in so probably only had 1/2 hour of brainwave, I say that not knowing since I went to sleep quickly. Slept through the night without waking but after 2 bad nights in a row that is not unusual. Had a spinal block Wed. and have a lot less pain which is also helping. All in all starting out the day well.
kennycm✘ Not a clientI do not have any info on the one I downloaded but it sounds similar to to the one offered by your competitor. I do already have some ear buds but worry about them staying in. Hope this helps a bit then when your set becomes available I can get it and a pillow speaker. Tonight is the trial, wish me well.
kennycm✘ Not a clientYea that is about what I average but with a few nights of 6 hours, probably from exhaustion. Getting set up for brainwave is kind of expensive $29.95 for ear buds, and $45 + for the cd's. A bit much for a retired fixed income senior to invest for a maybe. I did find a low cost brainwave sleep cd on the internet so I think I will leave the CPAP off a few nights and use my regular ear buds to see what happens. Thanks for your reply Molly.
kennycm✘ Not a clientI had nerve blocks in my back today and cannot wait for bedtime. Woke up at 1am and ripped the CPAP off, dozed painfully for about 2 hours and gave up at 3:30. I think I will be able to ditch the CPAP without the pain, then, I would be able to use Sleep Tracts. Any feedback?
kennycm✘ Not a clientYou are welcome. Had another good night last night and did not think I would since I had a very stressful and long day in which I had about 4 hours of driving so I did a no-no, drank 2 cups of regular coffee. I am normally caffeine free. Amazing what a little knowledge can do. A lot of md's never mentioned the things mentioned in the 2 week course.
kennycm✘ Not a clientHad a good night last night, 6.5 hours of good sleep with cpap on! That is almost a record, thanks folks, the course is very affective for me. I cannot use brainwave music in my setting unless I use ear buds and with the cpap on it's just too much. The wife must have a fan running because of health issues and the noise means that I have to have the music so loud it bothers her. Now I read about the light therapy, anyone tried it? As an Alaska expatroit this is interesting.
kennycm✘ Not a clientHi Tommy. I read when get up though I admit it's on my tablet and not paper. Last night I got almost 6 hours, even with the CPAP and leg pain. I did wake up with a headache though. BTW: I am 70 years old and retired for the most part so no pressing work. I do have an old radio I could try, have to talk that over with the wife as it would have to be loud enough to hear with these old ears and the CPAP. Thanks for the tips.
