Hi there. Thank you for your post. Our stories sound similar. I had sleep anxiety for 18 mo back in 2019. I mostly sleep well now but I do think I still have some ptsd because one bad night and I can really struggle. I don’t fret during the day but when I start to drift my mind will sometimes have a fear response of “you’re tired but what if you can’t sleep?” This can cause a relapse that can sometimes last a couple months.
