I agree that the way im reacting to the sleepless nights is definitely fueling the insomnia.
Ive been watching all the videos on YouTube and it has helped me to feel less alone.
I just feel ive lost trust in my body to sleep.

The main thing i want to resolve is the fear around no sleep.
Ive gotten it in my head that the no sleep will cause me to experience some kind of physcotic breakdown, this belief has just fuelled my fear and trapped me in a awful cycle.
If you have any advice on how to get over this fear I would be very grateful.
