Thank you, Martin, and this does help. I don’t want to always run everything into AI, as sometimes it validates, and other times it can cause more worries, as it keeps asking more and more questions. I will continue to practice this now that I understand how it works better.
To all on this thread, what you might try (with a doctor’s approval) is to use some herbs while you are detoxing from sleep pills or even at a low dose for long-term maintenance. I have used Lemon Balm and Passion Flower tinctures for years as needed, and yes, they are very mild, but often enough to help. Neither of these herbs makes you tired; by the way, they just reduce anxiety, often by a little. I am taking Martin’s course as they don’t always work, and I want to learn a new method of falling asleep, but at this point, I don’t see a reason to do both. Worth a shot if you tolerate and your doctor approves.
