    Honestly, this course feels really vague and lacks any real techniques for actually improving sleep. The only thing that brought slight improvement was the sleep window at the beginning — the rest has been pretty much useless so far. I’m hoping there’ll be something more practical in weeks 5 and 6.

    That’s why I’m looking into other things that might help. I know some people have had good experiences with melatonin, magnesium, etc., even though those haven’t really worked for me either.
