I think we should feel very grateful for what we do have. I feel like you do. But very trying at times.

It was good although I fell asleep early and woke up at 2:30 but got my hours in. So very grateful for that. I would like it to be later but I’m not going to be picky either. It comes when it comes.

Yeah I think I’ll grab something to eat and do some housework and just relax. You’re right and I shouldn’t let it ruin my day, the human body is a lot stronger than I give it credit for. Especially the mind! It’s finny how when I don’t engage my negative thoughts they go away really quick and I’m so much more relaxed. How about you?

Thanks, that’s what I’m trying to do, not get down or think about it and just do something. It’s always worked out in the past and I know it will this time too. Do you have any sleepless nights, I know I’m not alone it’s makes me feel better to know I’m not the only one suffering with this not that I wish this on anyone. But just knowing you have people that can relate is helpful .

    • Well there are things but finding the energy to do them is tough. Have a lot of snow on the ground which doesn’t help. I have a loving wife and family but you just feel lonely and isolated which isn’t a good thing but it’s the Truth. Wife’s at work and I always come through it and that’s what I gotta hold on to.

Thanks for getting back to me first off. You know I’m not really sure, I didn’t think I was anxious about anything but once I get past a certain time I think the anxiety kicks in. I had a pretty good week and then all of a sudden a complete sleepless night, maybe subconsciously there was something in my mind but I can’t really say. Seems to be random but still not sure? Didn’t go to work, I find that to be really hard but I did just walk at a local park which I’m proud of and now heading to a jacuzzi.

Thanks Aquarius for posting, the one thing I have been working on and of course it’s a process is being very grateful for what sleep I do get and trying not to question anything but like I said easier said than done. It’s a process and we shouldn’t put any time tables on anything.

So true, to me when you answer them you’re giving them power or acknowledgement and that’s not good, just let them be and I find they go away quickly. But it’s an ongoing process and I believe we can do it.
