Thanks as well! You did help me a lot! I did listen to your podcasts and I could easily relate to them. Yes, my sleep problem started back in May, I was going through lots of stress back then and there’s this one night when each time I fall as sleep, I experienced hypnic jerks which freaked me out, it did disrupt my sleep that night and I ended up forcing myself to sleep.. every single night. having said that, I think I had just forgotten how to sleep the right way until I realized that I should not be forcing myself to sleep because sleeps occurs naturally and it should not be forced, it would always take hours for me to sleep before but the last two nights, I slept within seconds lol.
How are you now? I experienced those little shocks that tells your body not to sleep, we can talk, do you have an email or facebook?
Mine started too after panic attack.. I had panic attacks before.. but the 3rd panic attack made me overly stressed/depressed , I thought I was going to die or something, is there a chance that the cortisol/stress homeone that our brain released during panic attack damages our brain/ability to sleep?
Yes, I started yesterday. Do you have insomnia also? How many sleepless night did you have before?
I’m experiencing the same thing until now. Many nights I just lie in my bed with my eyes closed all night unable to drift off. I’m kind of panicking that I might have lost my ability to sleep. I had a panic attack 2 weeks ago and few days after that I started to have sleeping problems and this is giving me more anxiety than I already have. Luckily I was able to sleep several hours Friday night, but Saturday.. I had a very vivid dream but it didnt feel like I slept at all. Sunday night (Monday morning now)..i didnt get any sleep. I’m incredibly worried and freaking out, I desperately need help.
I’m experiencing the same problem, how are you now?
I’m experiencing the same problem for a week now, when was the last time you slept? How many hours did you sleep?
