    Martin,
    Thank you for taking the time to reply .
    I have found shorter naps 15-30 min on some days actually help me take the edge off and put my mind in a better place to sleep later that night.
    When my fatigue is at its worst and my anxiety is high a short nap helps .

    I agree , that driving a longer distance can be hard and concerning when suffering from lack of sleep.

    Also , does anyone get nauseous in the mornings when they don’t sleep well?
