Yes, I met doctors and not one specialist.
When it all started I simply used BZD medications, but it appeared my insomnia is chronic, thus doc suggested not to consume these any more because of possible addiction. I`ve tried then sleeping hygiene therapy, and perhaps the most effective was behavior recognition methodology although I`ve failed several times. These methodologies are something like being on a diet, really, requires much mental strength… But still group work is more effective 🙂
