I think that my rythms are all off. I have tried Melatonin for a long time and am giving up on it. By getting up earlier I am hoping it will cause me to be more ready to go to sleep in the PM. I went to bed at 11:00 and was awake @12:30, it is now 2:30 and not sleepy. It is so frustrating.
