      Hello

I have struggled with this problem for a long time. I have used Trazodone throughout. I hope I have come to the right place. Steve

Hello from Donna I too was on the Trazodone it doesn’t work that well. I was told I needed to take it every day and increase from one pill to two. I didn’t like the way it maid me feel the next day. I was then told to take one and a half pills. I just don’t like meds that I really shouldn’t be taking. I have been concerned how these meds will affect my health as I get older I am 62 now. What have you expierence while taking Trazodone ?

            Hi Steve and Donna too!

i tried trazadone a few times but it didn’t work for me. I’m looking for more natural remedies that can help me sleep. Do you know of any? I’m also looking for some friends who can help me feel supported during this time. I’ve been struggling about 2 years with very severe insomnia. I’m letting go of the fears but still looking for the solutions. If you can think of any good tips let me know. 🙂
