      I recommend Martin’s course I’m sleeping well now even better than 6 months after the course. It’s a worthwhile investment in your health and well-being. I’ve never had sleep anxiety since completing the course. When I started the course it was a very stressful time for me because I was caught in a country wide scam related to a health fund. I’d already had some sleep issues, like waking up around 2am but after the scam one night I didn’t even get to sleep like normal and estimated to have about 1 or 2 hours of broken sleep early in the morning. I tried a traditional type of sleep app that involved CBTi and it didn’t work for me. Then I found Martin’s free course and at first I was sceptical and didn’t want to reply or even do the free course, I eventually did it, then after a really bad night I thought stuff this, I need to spend the money on the full course. Everyone has a different income and for me it was expensive especially as I’m in Australia and had to pay US Dollars but honestly it’s worth it!! Everyone is unique and we are always changing 6 months ago I used to get up sometimes during early morning wakefulness and eventually went back to bed and that worked for me then but lately 90% of the time if I wake up I just stay in bed and relax and never have an angry thought I just accept the situation and be kind to myself and mostly fall back to sleep without listening to any music I just stay in bed and breathe gently, occasionally I do get bored and u

        and use my phone to read etc but it’s better if I don’t. I still don’t beat myself up if I do and it’s only very occasionally. I still set my alarm every night. Again I RECOMMEND Martin’s course.
