Hi, my name is Tyler and I live in Canada. I found this website on google this morning before work. And I joined insomnia land mostly because I was in a near panic state this morning at work because I've been on another extended streak with very little sleep.

been as good as it gets I guess haha. The streak continues though, it's starting to seem like I won't be able to sleep anymore, but I'm guessing that's a normal thing for people on this forum?

That's good to know for sure! And I have no idea what's causing the sleeplessness, but I had more blood tests done yesterday and somebody from a sleep centre is supposed to come hook something up to my finger to measure my pulse rate, ect. So I may be getting a better idea here soon hopefully.

did you get any interesting news from the sleep centre?

If you're still sleeping poorly, want to come along to the “Insomnia 2013” thread in the “Insomnia Help” section?

Look forward to chatting to you and hearing how you're progressing!
