I'm getting paranoid, every year I seem to be getting closer to 30. Only seems 5 minutes ago I was 18, it's all just vanished and gone!

Anyway my girlfriend was giggling at me yesterday as I came back from shopping with anti-wrinkle cream, eye revitalizer, moisturizer and other assorted skin care products, exfoliating facewash etc.

I've already got a receeding hairline and it's sent me over the edge into paranoia and fear of ageing 😆

I wanna be young again! YOUNG! When I go to a nightclub now all I get is weird looks from all the bloody teenagers there with a look on their face saying “wtf is that old guy doing here” 😀

Haha maybe I am, I tend to only go to rock/alternative clubs though.

Funny though how 10 years ago I was going “oh I can't wait til I'm older”, and now it's “God I'd give anything to be 18 again!”

But it's not too late. I just started back at college doing entry level 3 computing – programming games, graphics, stripping & rebuilding computers, databases & servers.

I'm still up often for 2 nights on a row but asides from that sleeping is actually a lot better. It's usually two nights up, then bed at night time on the third and I'll be waking and going to sleep at reasonable times for a few days onwards then up 2 nights again. So although there's still a hiccup there it's more routine than it was which my body is handling much better with much less stress involved than it being completely random, 2 nights, 3 nights, then 2 days of napping etc as it was.

So everything seems pretty stable at the moment, I limit myself to 8 pints a week no more. So I can have 2 pints over 4 days or 8 pints on a Saturday night or one pint everyday/ 2 on a saturday which I've been keeping to, infact this past couple of months I've only been averaging 3/4 pints a week. Next step is quitting smoking again! Have an appointment with stop smoking clinic on 29th to get some nicotine pills and my GP has finally settled me on one dose of anti-depressant instead of mixing, swapping, upping and downing all the time.

So I'm sure all this has helped stabilise!

Still got a receeding hairline though. DAMN YOU ALL!
