3 months post cbti course with Martin- update

      Hi. So I am at the 3 month point since I completed Martin Reed’s CBTI course and have seen a huge improvement in my sleep. I basically dont “ worry” about not sleeping and as a result, I fall asleep. I allow myself to sleep later or take a good nap if tired ( I can do this bec I am retired), so the worry about being able to sleep is minimized! I learned from Martin that if you “ chase” and “worry” about sleep then it is much more difficult to sleep due to this “ hyper arousal”.
