      Hi everybody

I´m very happy to join a group of people with the same condition as I, who know what it feels like to not sleep at all. I have trouble falling asleep and if I do, I wake up in 3 or 4 hours. I don’t know what is causing my insomnia, it’s not stress, depression or any psychological cause, I think it´s something physiological, probably dealing with heavy metals in my body and electromagnetic waves, but that’s just a hypothesis, based on some research.  I’ve tried many remedies, trying not to take sleeping pills, and the only thing that has helped is cannabis, but not always, but that’s what has saved me from going crazy from total absence of sleep. So I’m eager to know about how you guys have been doing and if you’ve improved or cured your insomnia.

Blessings and good sleep to you all

Hello Leila, and welcome to the forum.

It’s unlikely that heavy metals or electromagnetic waves are the cause of your sleep issues.

When you wake during the night, what do you think is stopping you from falling back to sleep? When do you go to bed at night, when do you get up to start your day in the morning, and roughly how many hours of sleep do you get on a typical night?
