I have been having insomnia for over 5 years after a sickness that led to anxiety and fear, al the sleeping injection refused to work. Later I turned to diazepam 10mg which later stopped working this year February and since have been looking for a way out , cos I don’t sleep every night and it’s affecting my health and work life
