      I suffer from anxiety and for last couple of months have only had a few hours sleep three or four nights. I am getting wound up about this and I know its making it worse. I listen to a relaxation mp3 before I go to sleep I cancthen drop off but awake in the early hours of morning and get frustrated because I cant sleep. I have tried getting up and going downstairs but my anxiety just takes over. Is anyone else like this.
