      I haven’t missed any work due or activity to insomnia. I can’t nap even if I tried. This is probably due to my anxiety about sleep? How do you get rid of the all consuming sleep
      thoughts so living a regular life is possible? I slept for a stretch last night but then couldn’t get back to sleep. My mind attributed that to failure since I have been up since 4.
