I can’t sleep. Well, I get very little sleep.

However, I have found TWO ways that help me sleep. They don’t always work. But at least when they do work—I get some rest.

Here are the two ways that (sometimes) gets me to sleep:

      1. Lying on a very specific spot on the back of my head. It’s almost like a button that when activated, triggers sleep. But the button is pretty much like my on/off button on the TV remote. Doesn’t always work.

      2. Horror movies. Yup, that’s a weird one for me. I LOVE horrors! But my wife always complains when I want to watch horror. She’s like, “you can’t leave me on my own to watch this!” But yeah, no help to get to sleep with every other genre.

        Hello!
Interesting post especially point 2. My take is getting preoccupied with horror movies takes the pressure to sleep off your mind a bit so that allows sleep to happen more easily. But other than that, sleep really happens quite independently of all actions and thoughts. The twisted truth about sleeping well, you have to not fear sleeping poorly.
