My sleep has been improving a little bit. I decided that the worst of my bad sleep was down to the shifts I was working so I spoke to my boss who has made the shifts a bit more regular and consistent so it makes it easier for my body to get used to the odd hours. Before I was doing different shifts each week and that made things really difficult.

If anyone else is struggling with shift work and their sleep it may be worth trying to at least get your shift times to be somewhat regular.

Fingers crossed I can get my sleep completely back to normal.

Good news thanks for the update. It makes sense that having a routine can help your sleep. I try to go to bed and get out of bed at the same time every day and it seems to help.
