      Hi
      I joined this forum to learn how to get control of my anxiety and to learn how to sleep without medication.
      I’m trying to do a withdrawal off of sleeping pills and it’s been really problematic with very little success.

        Hello KimK and welcome to the forum. Have you discussed your withdrawal with your doctor? Some people find it helpful to have a set tapering-off plan to follow, and to stick to it no matter what. You are the expert on you, though!

        You mentioned that you want to learn how to get control of your anxiety — why is that? If none of us experienced anxiety, we’d all be dead! Perhaps the source of your struggle might be related to struggling with anxiety, trying to fight or avoid it?
