      Hi everyone,

      Seems my anxiety has got me in a right old mess this time. After reading tonnes of stuff online, seems the sleep anxiety loop is quite common, but I have an extra twist, just as I’m about to drift off I get a haptic jerk with adrenaline and this wakes me instantly. This happens every single time I try and drift off. When I’m not going through a poor anxiety period, this doesn’t happen. So far I’ve only found one way around it and that’s a big glass of wine and obviously you can’t get your sleeping pattern right if you drink alcohol.

      What am I to do?
