      So my issues with insomnia are fairly new, but terrible during the work week and not bad at all on the weekends. I have difficulty initially falling asleep.I get the Sunday scaries really bad and overall just feel anxious that I won’t sleep before I lay down. I’m trying to decrease my anxiety, but would love other suggestions if anyone has been through this?

        Is your sleep schedule any different on the weekends, compared to during the week? For example, do you go to bed later or stay in bed later on weekends? You might find this video helpful if you haven’t seen it yet: How to get rid of “Sunday Night Insomnia”.
