After finally getting some sleep last night after 5 days of 1 to 3 hrs sleep, what do I feel like today, elated? Happy?, full of energy? No, I feel weak, full of adrenaline in my arms, legs, everywhere. I felt like this last time I had a good sleep. I was hoping for a payoff, but I suppose this is how it goes sometimes. Anybody else feel like this after finally getting some sleep?

I almost always feel ‘blah’ after a getting ‘good sleep’ after a few nights of almost no sleep. Your muscles may be overloaded with lactic acid. You might try a warm bath with epsom salts.

Hey Andy, you’ve commented on my post here in the past. I was just checking in and wanting to know how you are doing?

I read the 2 posts you wrote and I relate to both of them. I can sleep with alcohol but thats never a good crutch to use lol.
