      for the last two weeks i been following a sleep cursus still nothing is improving in the past i sleep 2 to 3 hours a night i was exhausted no i don’t sleep for 2 to 3 days and then i sleep for 2 to 3 hours i don’t get tired anymore but my body is full with stress i need to go to the bathroom every 30 min from stress i am awake for days and i dont feel tired what is going on is this the point going to the hospital i am so scared of this

        Hello Davy. I’m really sorry to hear about your current situation with sleep. Can you clarify what you mean by sleep cursus? With the high levels of stress you are experiencing, it’s little surprise that you are struggling with sleep. My gut instinct is that you do still get sleepy — but your levels of arousal and stress are so high that it has become difficult for you to recognize these cues. Are you able to see a medical professional face-to-face where you live?

          the sleep cursus is cbt training in group and is given at the hospital.   i only went 2 times and is every week for 2 so i gave a lot more to go.    every thing the tell me i already know we have time to look stuff up.              i need to do sleep restriction but what restriction if you have so many sleepless night.   for me is the fear of not sleeping again is so strong it keeps me awake for days.    i just can’t seem to take control of that fear is killing me.   insomnia literally feels like you are slowly dying the docs say me case is a bad one is most insomniacs are able to sleep a couple hours a night every night for me is will i sleep or not, mostly not. and the other fear is this i will not get old whit this chit it is sortinging and controling me life in every way.
