      Hi everyone, I signed up for this forum and the class because my sleep schedule is way off, not getting to sleep until the wee hours of the morning.  I end up sleeping half the day or being totally exhausted. It’s affecting my whole life! I want to sleep normal and get back to being happy and productive!

        You need to set a time to get up in the morning. Once set you get up, no matter how long you’ve slept. This is the only way to break the cycle you have set for yourself.
