      I have fairly recently developed insomnia, 6 weeks to be precise. It has knocked me for six to be honest, as someone that has always slept well and taken sleep for granted. Reading the posts on here coupled with the emails and tips from Martin has filled me with hope that eventually I can return to some form of normality, whatever that is! I realise it’s going to be a long, hard journey and one that I will have to work hard on. I wish everyone who is on this journey, whatever stage they may be on, the very best of luck, as I wouldn’t wish insomnia on my worst enemy!
