Falling back asleep after waking up

Hey @majordan421, welcome to the forum!

Maybe we could peel the onion back a little and determine what’s going on. What time do you go to bed and wake up in the morning to start your day? What are you doing when you wake in the middle of the night? Are you anxious or frustrated when you have those awakenings? Are you currently implementing CBT-I techniques?

Thanks Scott for your note. I actually just wrote that cryptic note as it was how I was allowed to be part of the forum. : ) My sleep routine and hygiene is good…just have the challenge of waking up and not sleeping through the night. Continually searching for answers which is how I came across this site.

I am actually going to start a CBT program through Kaiser. Good to know that folks like you have had luck with the training.
