Building sleep drive

      I am currently practising sleep restriction, but am wondering what other ways there are to build sleep drive. Is exercise the main other sleep drive builder? If so what type of exercise is best? I am considering running 10k each morning to try build sleep drive- would this be the best approach?

        The best way to build sleep drive is to be awake for long enough! So, I am glad to hear you are practicing sleep restriction. To a lesser extent, daytime activity also helps but there is no specific type of activity or exercise that is better at generating sleep because the only thing that can generate sleep is sufficient wakefulness!
